For me the product is a bit too sweet so you would have to drink it alone you couldn’t mix it into a smoothie
Mixing it was bit difficult the powder took time it dilute
I love that I can add my protein to water and automatically get more water in as I always struggle to drink enough water.
Have been using them for about 18 months. As an active 67yr old they are part of my daily routine
