Have been using them for about 18 months. As an active 67yr old they are part of my daily routine
I have not had enough time to valid its longer term benefits - however the taste profile is terrible due to the artificial sweeteners used. There is that awful aftertaste - with offer a no flavour version or use real flavour - the few extra calories will really not made a difference - I am sorry I bought 3 packs and at this stage will not buy anymore unless the above is resolved.

I’ve been using the EAAs for over a year and find them to certainly help my recovery from training much faster than when I don’t take them immediately after my session.
